I grew up a few hours from Grand Junction, in the mountain community of Lake City, CO. My father started Hall Realty in the mid-70's, and I went to work for him in 1992, after attending Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX. I met my husband, Grand Junction native Robb Reece, in 2001, and moved to Grand Junction that fall. I quickly learned to love the unique beauty of this valley, the friendly residents, and incredible recreational opportunities.
I have found a good fit with Bray Real Estate. I like that we are a locally owned company, yet know the importance of global reach through internet and technology. Our focus is solid customer service. I am a firm believer in the benefits of real estate investment, and I walk the talk in that my family's personal investments are in Grand Junction properties. We have owned several rental properties and have done a couple fix-and-flips as well. I hold the designation of Certified Residential Specialist, and I am an assertive, skilled negotiator and know that you want to keep as much money in your pockets as possible. I am also a certified EcoBroker, and I believe that green building and remodeling are the future.
Robb and I have two children, Zenon and Sofi, and my family is the most important aspect of my life. We attempt to live life to the fullest and spend our free time outside, running, hiking, biking, skiing, and traveling. We are big supporters of Mesa County Search and Rescue, Colorado Discover Ability, the MS Society, and the Prostate Cancer Awareness Fund. We also help organize (and participate in when possible) a variety of running events.
My professional goal is to help my clients make their next real estate transaction a successful one. I love my job and I think it shows!
